AHA Choses New Executive Director
Joan Gross retires as Arlington Housing Authority Executive Director.
Jeremiah Donovan, Practicing Engineer, is chosen as her replacement.
Chairman Jack Cusack, Vice Chair John Doyle, Patricia Garrity, and John
Griffin voted for Donovan.
Jim Marzilli voted for 2nd finalist James Gaines.
John Goddington was the third finalist for the position.
The 4th finalist, Franklin Hurd Jr, had withdrawn his application for
the job a day before the final interview.
No Arlington citizens nor public housing tenants were in attendance at
the meeting.

John Doyle later resigned his AHA position and his Town Meeting seat in
?1993.
