Abergavenny Fit4Life GDPR Policy

1. Data Protection Officer. John Young will fulfill the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO).
2. What data we collect. The data we collect is name, email address and / or telephone number(s).
3. The purpose for holding the data is to enable communication with members on Fit4Life business only.
4. The data is stored in a spreadsheet using the DPO’s Google ‘My Drive’.
5. The data is accessible only by the DPO and the Walk Leaders
6. The data is available to view by the Walk Leaders and the DPO.
7. Sharing - The data will be shared by the Walk Leaders. If / When others, e.g Monmouthshire County Council Leisure Services require access to the data then email addresses and telephone numbers will be removed.
8. All members have the right to:
   1. see a copy of the data held on them,
   2. to amend the data held on them,
   3. To be removed from the list,

Members may activate these rights by contacting the DPO who will comply with requests within one week.
