There is no better time than the real time. The one we are on right now. This is it, the moment. And that is how it feels when someone helps you right then and there. There is no better feeling than to be bailed out right when you need it. The feeling of relief is empowering even in despair.
A real time culture is there to support, coach, bail out, and action on whatever the need of their employee may be during the shift. These are the expectations of today's remote and onsite culture. A support style culture, which is held to the same standards as their CSAT (customer satisfaction survey), is expected from the workforces leadership.
The shift in workforce cultures and interaction with management demands are ever changing. Technology has set new boundaries for today's workforce and organization are still adapting to this new platform of future workforce. It will take adaptation and creativity towards management styles and communication improvements to assist in making the change towards real time organizational culture.
