As time continues to tick and the clock changes so do our employees lives and styles of working. This stems from either the business needs, personal changes, or other factors (too many to mention). The different work cultures and diversity amongst roles plays a key part in choose your style of work freedom employees have when they manage their routine.
In the contact center environment (whether it be voice, chat, email, video, etc.) most agents have their choosing of working alone in their zone, or being part of a more social workspace, whether virtual or site occupied, the diversity is there.
Allowing this type of flexibility creates a dynamic approach towards workplace synergy in best self place to work. This is an extension of a persons traits or personalities, and by allowing them to conduct their business in their most confident setting, and assigning them tasks which let them explore what they normally wouldn't, builds multiple positive skill sets to their abilities.
For those who enjoy working in teams and projects it allows another set of drivers and direction including collaboration with leadership who lead these special team initiatives for whatever the cause.
