Worksite culture has taken a new phase. Companies are doing all they can to bring the workforce back in. Some by mandatory means, others with more humanistic approaches.

Either way, the workforce has changed and will continue to evolve. The future of the onsite vs. remote or hybrid is yet to be determined if at all. However, the onsite culture is a very special culture. It creates a sense of unity and also provides a safe location for employees to gather, do their work without distractions, and focus their time in a professional atmosphere.

In office working allows for a more controlled training center and nesting ground. Making sure safe protocols are followed and providing ample time for those working remote to make proper accommodations for site visits helps in getting employees back in the door. Food is always a good option as well.
