Careers and Employability

At each level of study, students will develop and enhance their employability skills in line with the Sheffield Graduate Attributes.

This is achieved by:

• Engaging with careers sessions embedded in core modules

• Attending additional careers support sessions offered by the Department

• Reading the latest Careers Student Newsletter

• Registering with Career Connect to apply for vacancies

• Participating in extra- curricular activities such as work experience or volunteering

• Accessing specialist Careers advice, guidance and support throughout your studies and up to 3 years after you graduate

Students are encouraged to access the wide range of opportunities and support available from the Careers Service at each level of study.
