Taste of the Spice

Several students at Keller love hot food to an almost concerning degree. From CHEETOS FLAMIN' HOT to buffalo wings, a lot of our students seem to have an obsession with hot food, but why? Expect us to answer your burning questions. We went around asking students why they like the spice, here are some of their responses:

Hot - A lot of the responses we received to our question was that hot food brings joy to the students' life. Hot food is good to all fans alike. They just fiend the spice and the burning sensation.

Flavorful - Another common response we got was that hot foods are full of flavors. Hot foods to some people are absolute deliciousness.

Tradition - A handful of students said that they eat spicy foods because it's part of their tradition.

Texture and the melt in your mouth feel - For those who are the lovers of CHEETOS FLAMIN' HOT, they know exactly what we reference: FROM THE AMAZING TASTE, THE CHEETOS MELT IN YOUR MOUTH!!! The hard, yet soft texture of the chips is so addictive.

Fresh - Some students said spicy foods are fresh. The smell, taste...all new elements for a food frenzy.

For those students who don't have a burning hot addiction to mouth scorching food, it's okay. You may not enjoy the addictive properties that some people do; however, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the things you love. So really the point of this "Around Town" article is to promote eating the chips that make your mouth smile.
