Each year on January 31st, we celebrate National Hot Chocolate Day. Swiss Miss first began selling Hot Chocolate in 1961. This was the first powdered Hot Chocolate that could be mixed with water instead of milk. Speaking of Hot Chocolate, the recipe for today is Hot Cocoa Cookies. Are you a fan?
