The Clairemont High IT Academy will be using technology to transform the current weight room into a fully functional Bootcamp Studio utilizing sets of digital displays that guide students through a variety of workout that feature High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  The digital displays ensure that students don’t get lost or confused about what they should be doing during the workout. The student can remain confident that they are performing the exercises in the correct way, as the displays give them a preview of how the workout should be completed.
