Prerequisites: Native oral proficiency in Spanish without equivalent reading and writing skills in Spanish.

Spanish for Spanish Speakers 3,4

Prerequisites: Spanish for Spanish Speakers 1,2 with a C or better OR native oral proficiency in Spanish with basic proficiency in reading and writing.

Spanish for Spanish Speakers 5,6

Prerequisites: Spanish for Spanish Speakers 3,4 with a C or better.

These courses are designed to improve a students ability read and write Spanish. Gives a total language experience: vocabulary enrichment, writing skills, spelling and reading. Placement as to level made by teacher assessment. Spanish for Spanish Speakers 3,4 continues the total language experience in course 1,2. It includes the reading of short stories, vocabulary development, writing skills development, spelling practice and grammar development skills. Spanish for Spanish Speakers 5,6 is a continuation of the 3,4 course.
