GCIT_QA Policy

GCIT_Quality Assurance Feedback System
GCIT’s multi-level feedback system gathers input from students, alumni, employers, faculty, and stakeholders. Tools include course evaluations, tracer studies, ICT feedback, and event surveys. The feedback is analyzed and acted upon through QA Committees and planning cycles, reinforcing a culture of reflection, stakeholder responsiveness, and continuous quality enhancement.
GCIT_QA Innovation Promotion
GCIT promotes innovation through student-led projects, industry-linked capstones, digital transformation, CET modules, and technopreneurship initiatives. Innovation is documented via QA systems and linked to curriculum reforms, lab enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades. The approach ensures relevance, problem-solving capacity, and future-readiness in alignment with RUB’s innovation-oriented education model.

This comprehensive document consolidates QA practices under Standard 7, particularly focusing on monitoring, evaluation, feedback, continuous improvement, and innovation. It includes structured documentation and evidence-based outcomes for each sub-standard, demonstrating GCIT’s alignment with RUB’s QA framework and commitment to quality enhancement across institutional domains.

This document outlines GCIT’s Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) approach for continuous improvement. It integrates strategic planning, performance monitoring, and action-oriented reforms in academics, services, and infrastructure. Guided by RUB standards, improvements are driven by APMRs, internal audits, innovation, and stakeholder feedback to maintain institutional agility and quality advancement.
