The RUB Student Code of Conduct

Student Service Management Policy and Guidelines
The Student Service Management Policy and Guidelines outlines the framework for providing comprehensive support services to students at the Royal University of Bhutan. It includes welfare services such as counseling, health support, and peer mentoring; career and employment guidance; academic and research assistance; and sports and recreational facilities to foster holistic development. RUB IMS Student Service Management (SSM)
The RUB IMS Student Service Management (SSM) User Manual provides a comprehensive guide for using the Student Service Management module within the Royal University of Bhutan’s Information Management System (RUB IMS). It supports efficient digital management of student records, including responsibilities, disciplinary actions, counseling services, character certificates, hostel management, extracurricular activities, medical records, leave applications, and suggestions. The system enhances transparency, accountability, and decision-making by automating processes and maintaining accurate records accessible to students, parents, and university staff. It ensures effective coordination across colleges, reducing manual errors and paperwork.
RUB IMS Alumni User Manual
The RUB IMS Alumni User Manual provides comprehensive guidance on using the Alumni Management Module within the Royal University of Bhutan’s Information Management System (IMS). It outlines procedures for alumni registration, approval processes, and event creation, while also detailing how to access various resources.
