Color Study

Artist's Statement:

This is a color study. I matched, mixed, and blended each color. I used oil pastel. It is hard to see but this painting is a ocean. In the background is a sunset. I had a picture as template. When I did the picture it was really important that I did one square at the time. Like that I got almost the perfect color. Although it was really hard to stay concentrated, it was really fun to do the picture.
