Student Support Staff

School Counselors: 

Leslie Trundy, M.S. (students with last name A-F) has had her dream job at Morse since 2005. She is the advisor to the Morse Interact and Outdoor Clubs. She has two children, Thomas (Bowdoin '23, Morse, '19) and Elena (Bates '28, Morse '24), and lives in Bath with her family. Leslie enjoys hiking, cooking, and reading. She holds an M.S. in Counseling from the University of Southern Maine (2003), and a B.S. in Social Science from Michigan State University (1993).

Amber McGowan, M.Ed. (students with last name G-M) lives in Woolwich with her family and enjoys golfing, kayaking, and cooking. She has four children, Connor (USMMA '14), Keegan (Salve Regina '14), Aidan (Morse '14, UNE '17), and Maeve (Morse' 16, UNE '20). Amber holds and an M.Ed. from Liberty University and a B.S.W. from the University of Maryland.

Molly Ellis, M.S. (students with last name N-Z) is originally from Topsham and now resides in Bowdoinham with her family. She enjoys skiing, baking, quilting, walking with her dog, and being by the ocean. She holds an M.S. in Counseling (2016) and a B.A. (2012) from the University of Southern Maine and a certificate of advanced study from Ball State University (2020). 

Student Services Secretary:

Lynn Rouillard-Hill graduated from Morse in 1985 and Westbrook College in 1987. She is a lifelong resident of Bath, Maine. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, son-in-law, and especially her grandsons, Colby & Cameron.  She has been employed with RSU1 for 30 years and has been the Guidance Secretary at Morse for the past 24. When Lynn isn't spending time with family, she enjoys traveling up north, relaxing by campfires, skiing, and shopping.

School Nurse:

Katrina Barter, BSN, RN is a lifetime resident of Maine and Morse High alumni, class of '88. She lives in Phippsburg with her husband David (Morse, '86). Her son Nathanial (Morse, '14) is a graduate of the University of the Arts and currently lives in Brunswick and her daughter Carmen (Morse '19) graduated from Drexel University and resides in Philadelphia. Katrina is a registered nurse with many years of experience working with adolescents. When she isn't spending time with family, she loves to be sitting quietly on the beach with friends or working in her garden.

School Resource Officer:

Chuck Reece graduated from Morse High School in 2003 and continued his education at the University of Maine at Presque Isle. He earned a four-year degree in Parks and Recreation Management with a concentration in Natural Resources. He also earned a two-year degree in Criminal Justice. He has been coaching multiple sports in our community since 2008 and is currently the boy's varsity soccer coach. Chuck graduated from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy in 2012 after transitioning from a career as a park ranger. He is an avid fisherman with a passion for enjoying the outdoors.

School Social Worker:

Flower Noble, LCSW, has worked with children, teens, and adults in the Midcoast area since 2003. Flower is passionate about helping students achieve their own goals, developing healthy relationships, and finding solutions to obstacles. In addition to social work, Flower is working on a certificate in Substance Use Disorders. When not working, Flower can be found playing French horn with local ensembles, walking, camping, and going to the gym.
