8th grade physical education continues focus on developing advanced skills in specific sports and promoting overall fitness and wellness. Students engage in a variety of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, as well as strength training and flexibility exercises. Team sports and games help students develop important social skills and promote sportsmanship. Additionally, students learn about injury prevention, the importance of proper technique and form, and the connection between physical activity, nutrition, and overall health and wellness.
