The Foundations of Health unit is designed to introduce students to the key concepts and principles of health and wellness, and to provide them with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed decisions about their own health. Throughout this unit, students will explore the various dimensions of health, including physical, mental, emotional, and social health, and will learn about the factors that contribute to overall well-being.
The Foundations of Health unit covers the dimensions of health; healthy habits and behaviors; physical activity and exercise; and personal safety and injury prevention.
