As an employee, you are responsible for reporting accurate time & labor for your hours worked in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
This includes managing your daily work hours, as well as any absences, such as sick time, personal time, or vacation time.
Based on Employee Classification
For all positions, your supervisor will input your general schedule into HCM.
You are responsible for punching in and punching out for your start time, meals, breaks, and your end time each day you work.
You are responsible for inputting your time, which you can do daily, weekly, or for two weeks (one pay period) at a time.
While employees do not input time, it is important to communicate absences with your supervisor to ensure accuracy.
Click on the PDF document to the right to see step-by-step instructions for how to punch-in and punch-out using the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Assigning Work Schedules
Supervisors should set-up their employees work schedule in HCM in order to accurately monitor their employees' time.
Please note, this schedule may change during the summer months and should be adjusted accordingly.
