There are several different ticketing systems at the college for those that need specific help.
This is the main request system for Rio Salado College. Requests can be made for the following areas:
Buildings
Business Services
College Safety
Data or Surveys
District Wide Services
eLearning Forms

Technology
To access the Service Desk, login to the Rio Employee Portal with your RSC credentials (internal\firstname.lastname).
The Service Desk is housed in the Matrix, which you will find in the top "Apps" menu in green.
Depending on your role in the college, you will have a varying amount of applications in the Matrix. However, every employee with access to this hub will have a link to the Service Desk.
This link will take you to the list of your calls in the Service Desk - that is, any requests that you have made.
In order to start a new request, click on the button at the top right of this list that says "Enter a New Call".
Select the type of request you will need to make by choosing the appropriate link.
This will redirect you to the appropriate ticketing location for the department you are making the request with.

The Maintenance & Operations internal website has green buttons on the page that says "Submit a Work Order". Click on this button.
If you have an account, login with your SchoolDude email and password.
If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot Password" to reset.
If you need to create an account, select "Create an Account".
Click on the down arrow on the login screen to register for a new account.
Use your FirstName.LastName@RioSalado.edu as your email address.
Select a password that is separate from your MEID or Rio Salado password.
The SchoolDude system does not require password changes every 90 days as the MEID or RSC password; therefore, you will want to select something more static and memorable.
Complete the form by filling in information on:
Yourself
The Location, Building, Area
Type of Request
Details on what is being requested
At the bottom of the form, it asks for a submittal password.
Please enter riosalado as your password.
Please note:
This will not be your SchoolDude password, your MEID password, or your Rio password. Ever ticket will use riosalado as the password to submit, as indicated at the top in the instructions section.
