Bus 1 hour, take Bus number 13 or 12, 12A, 12X to Eastbourne from the Bedford Street South stop, turn left on the seafront. Not all buses go as far as Seven Sisters, but if you get a bus going to Eastbourne, it will. Buses approx every 10-20 mins - from 7am until 11.30pm.

Get off at either Seven Sisters Country Park and walk 30 mins through countryside - or get off at Birling Gap and walk 10-20-30 mins along cliffs.
