Restaurants at The Marina
Brighton Marina is great for a stroll watching the boats, or a long walk around the outer sea wall, but for restaurants we're unfortunately not massive fans, unless it's a lovely warm evening and you want to sit outside, or you're making it a night out at the Marina going to the cinema, bowling or casino. Most of the restaurants there are nice, but part of big chains which you can find on high streets throughout the UK, and Brighton has so many other great places to eat... But dining outside on a warm evening overlooking the water is lovely... Oh, and also check vouchercloud for offers, as several of these chains have deals online, especially on weekdays...
GBK Gourmet Burger Kitchen - ££ - standard burgers, fries, drinks and service...
Coast to Coast, Brasserie - ££ - uninspiring American brasserie...
Frankie & Benny's, Brasserie - ££ - you know what to expect, more standard Americana...
Pizza Express - ££ - nice pizzas, salads & dough balls, etc
Nando's, Chicken - ££ - Grilled chicken, wraps & salads, etc
Prezzo, Pizzeria - ££ - nice pizzas (but do yourself a favour and try Franca Manca's instead!)
Zizzi, Pizzeria - ££ - nice pizzas (but do yourself a favour and try Franca Manca's instead!)
Harvester, Family Restaurant - ££ - cheap & cheerful, good value British restaurant for all the family, service can be a bit patchy sometimes
The Master Mariner, Pub - ££ - nice old independent pub, right by the water, with good traditional pub food
Wetherspoons, Pub - ££ - giant chain pub, with good value food & drink
Bella Italia, Italian - ££ - standard Italian pizza and pasta (as before, we think Franca Manca is much better!)
Five Guys, Burgers - ££ - great burgers, hot dogs, fries, shakes, etc but a bit on the pricey side we think...
Las Iguanas, Mexican - ££ - Mexican style chain restaurant, nice cocktails, can be fun...
TGI Fridays, American - ££ - good burgers, ribs, chicken, salads & steaks, usually very good but we must have visited on a bad day and got poor service...
Pizza Hut - ££ - everyone's old favourite, especially for the all-you-can-eat buffets every weekday until 3pm! ;-)
