Trains are more frequent than the bus , but the journey is a little slower and you have to change trains, usually twice, plus the fares are usually more. The bus/coach can sometimes be a good option as it is direct.

Bus 2 hour, take National Express coach/bus from Brighton Coach Station at Poole Valley. Usually around 3 or 4 buses per day direct to Heathrow Airport
