Train 2 hrs 30 mins, from Brighton Station to Heathrow Airport stations. Trains approx. every 30-40 mins. You have to change trains, usually 2 times to get across London.

Trains are more frequent than the bus , but the journey is a little slower and you have to change trains, usually twice, plus the fares are usually more. The bus/coach can sometimes be a good option as it is direct.
