We place importance on the little things such as up-to-date magazines, fresh flowers, comfortable room temperature, and pleasant sounds and smells to improve first impressions.
The welcome room should never appear cluttered or messy.
Promotional material may only be put on display with the express consent of the clinic director.
Outside:
The garden and front car park is to be clear of any litter or mess
Inside:
The reception area is to be neat and tidy and uncluttered
Pay attention to the scent in the clinic – the oil diffuser should be refreshed daily
Ensure the flowers are fresh and watered, remove any dead flowers
Blinds are open for natural light
Appropriate music is playing
