Tips for Running Group Classes:
When stating what stations people are on, NAME who is on the station, then demonstrate, then REMIND them who is on that station
Ensure you speak up during these classes
Be very aware of falls risk
If you prescribe two exercises on the same station in pairs, consider that a unilateral exercise (e.g. bent over row) may take longer than a bialt exercise (e.g. squat). It may be a good idea to prescribe exercises that take a similar amount of time together OR a difficult exercise with an easier one that could be more of a rest station
Ensure you are constantly going around to chat & check-in with everyone throughout the session
