An 80-year-old female. It is her first follow-up session. Has never performed structured exercise before. Nil contraindications. Occasional knee pain bilat. Likes to garden
An elite athlete in a sport of your choice
A client with a condition you are interested in (e.g. MSK, pain, diabetes, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome etc)
