Overview:
Exercise is recommended in the position statement by the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia (COSA) as a standard component of cancer care. Exercise should be embedded before, during and after cancer treatment to pre-habilitate for treatment, attenuate/manage treatment-related side-effects and rehabilitate after treatment.

Used to enjoy going to the gym & performing basic resistance training & walking with her children.
