The WCAP Portal Smarter Assessment System (SAS) is your access point for all future SBA Summative and Interim (IAB) Assessments. Use the WCAP Portal SAS Application to:
Search by student, school, or custom groups created by administrators.
Disaggregate data by race or program enrollment
Drill down to item analysis level of assessment data.
After entering the student's SSID in the search bar, the Student Test History Report will display. This will show all SBA Summative and Interim results. These can be filtered by year or subject area.
Click on the test event summary to expand the details, as shown in the table in this screenshot.
Click the date on the left side of the row to review the student's responses to each question (shown in second screenshot) and dig into the Connections Playlist - instructional resources to support their next steps in learning.
After selecting the school and grade level in the search bar, the Results Summary will display.
To disaggregate the data, click Advanced Filters on the top right to open the menu shown in the second screenshot here. For example, if you click Yes under English Learner, the only data that will show will be for English Learners.
Once these student settings are ready, continue to customize the data views, as shown below.
To view the individual student scores as shown on this screenshot, click "Show Results" under the bar graph ( where it currently shows "Hide Results").
In the box where student names are currently hidden, click on any student's name to drill down into the student's responses and test history.
At the top of the individual student list, click the dropdown menu under "Select a Results View" to select other views of the data. (see varied available views in screenshots below)
At the top of the page, you can also download a spreadsheet (Export CSV) for advanced ordering and sorting.
