check that lights are showing a solid blue light to indicate that the wireless is working.
No light: try pushing the wifi button to turn wifi on
Amber light: make sure the switch on the side is set to RGB not TV
double check connection to Sphere App
make sure the doc camera is charged

make sure the switch on the side is set to RGB not TV
make sure the cables are all plugged in fully
make sure power is plugged in and turned on
make sure input is correct if it's plugged into the Promethean
If your doc cam has a USB/Computer port: make sure it is toggled to Computer, not USB.

make sure the webcam is plugged in and the slider is not covering the camera
make sure the website/app has allowed the camera and microphone (look for the pop-up as shown in the picture.)
right-click the little lock button on the left side of the browser's address bar to view the access permissions you've given the site. Adjust if necessary.
