The desktop printer in each teacher's classroom should have the following cords & connections:
power cord connected to wall
USB cable connecting the printer to the desktop workstation tower
Restart your computer.
Make sure the printer is powered on, has paper and working ink, the guides are tight.
Check USB and power cable to make sure they are both plugged in correctly.
Check for paper jams.
Print from a networked printer
Go to Start Menu
Select Settings
Click on Devices
On the Left column, click on Printers & Scanners
Click on Add a printer or scanner
You will see printers populate. If there is too much to select from, you can search by doing the following:
Scroll to the bottom of the list and select Search Universal Print for Printers
In the Keyword box, you can search the name of the printer by searching the school by searching ALE, MV, PE, GE, ME, QIA, QMS, or QHS
Select the printer you want to add.
If you are having trouble with printing, please try deleting the printer and re-adding it.
