This extension allows teachers to monitor students and close tabs when needed while working on school Chromebooks, whether in the classroom or remotely.

Tips & Tricks:
NOTE: keep a list of student ID numbers on hand. iBoss labels student screens by their email. This is the only option available currently.
Students must be enrolled in the teacher's Google Classroom for their screen to show up on the teacher's side in iBoss.
Students must "allow" the iBoss extension one time before they begin showing up on the teacher's side in iBoss.
Other troubleshooting tips if iBoss isn't working:
Look at the student's Extensions on the top right of their Google Chrome browser. If you don't see all the expected extensions (Clever, Google Translate, etc) this means their Chromebook may need an update which is impacting how iBoss works. Send a ticket to the helpdesk and either put a sticky note on the Chromebook or tell them the student it is registered to so they can come and do the update.
