Keep open browser tabs to a minimum, they will bog down the computer.
Restart the computer at the end of each week to allow updates to install.
Identify and move monitors

Check playback devices on the bottom right corner of your screen to make sure you are sending audio to the correct speakers. (see video)
Try turning up the speaker, and make sure the program you are using has the volume up as well.
Make sure internet cables are fully plugged in to the device and the wall.
Make sure your desktop phone has power. If not, check that the phone cables are fully plugged in. Your computer's internet comes through the phone.
Restart the computer.
Check the internet icon on the bottom right of your screen - check if there is a red dot, yellow triangle or world icon. This means the internet is not working.
Check cable to make sure it is properly plugged in
Make sure monitor is on
If the screen is black your display may be showing on your Promethean or another display.
Press Windows+P if screen is still black press arrow key up or down once and press enter.
Check to make sure it's on the right input by clicking the input (or source) button on the monitor several times.

Type default in taskbar search
Click Default apps
Click on app to change default app
Click 3 dots on upper right.
Click settings
Type download in setting search bar
In downloads section click change
Locate, and click select folder.
Click windows button
Type Control Panel or Click Control Panel as show in GIF(you may not see button)
Click Hardware and Sound
Click Power Options
Click Change plan settings
Select monitor sleep timing from drop-down menu
Click Save changes
Try opening the website in a different browser. (ex. If you started in Chrome, try Edge or Firefox)
If that doesn't work, try opening the website on another device that is not connected to QSD wireless internet, (ex. your phone, when it is not connected to the school network.) This will determine if the error is an issue with the QSD internet or a problem with that specific website.
