CASPER SITUATIONAL JUDGEMENT TEST
What is Casper?
Casper is an online, open-response situational judgment test (SJT). It asks what you would do in a tough situation, and more importantly, why. This helps determine behavioral tendencies of applicants pursuing people-centered professions.
What post-secondary programs require this exam?
Some health science and education post-secondary programs now list the CASPER Test as an entrance requirement.
Here are some resources below that may be useful for supporting students:
1. Test Prep Page (includes Practice Test)
3. Webinar on Altus Suite 22/23
These resources provide adequate information to help students get ready for the test. The best way to prepare is to get acquainted with the format and requirements of the test - which applicants can do from the moment they reserve their test (recommended to do well in advance of the test date so there's plenty of time to do so).
