September 1, 2025 – Applications open for First-Qualified, First-Admitted (FQFA) programs
October 1, 2025 – Applications open for Competitive programs. Reminder: Competitive program applications will close February 15, 2026, with all required documents due by March 15, 2026.
Application Fee Increase (Effective July 2, 2025)
Our domestic application fee will increase to $100. Students submitting applications on or after July 2, 2025 will see the updated fee reflected.

New Respiratory Therapy Program
Saskatchewan Polytechnic is excited to announce the launch of our new Respiratory Therapy program. Applications will open this October for a Fall 2026 start date. This three-year program will blend theoretical knowledge with practical application to prepare students for careers in respiratory therapy. It will feature hands-on learning in simulation centres and clinical placements in various healthcare settings, including intensive care units, emergency departments and diagnostic labs. New Business Digital Marketing Diploma
Students entering Year 1 of our Business Diploma program in Fall 2025 will have the option to choose a specialty in the Business Diploma program or transfer to the new Digital Marketing diploma program for 2026-27.
Students will get a hands-on education developing digital marketing plans that integrate marketing, advertising, sales and logistics across physical and
digital channels, using social media, website design and analytics. You’ll also get involved in the community; the Digital Marketing program gives you an opportunity to work on real projects for community-based organizations. A career in digital marketing can take you in many directions—branding, content creation, social media management, marketing research, public relations, e-commerce or advertising. You can find jobs in these areas in almost every sector, from health agencies to natural resource companies to non-profit organizations.

Students who love working on cars may want to consider the General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program (ASEP). You can find more information about this program on their webpage.
ECE Level 1 for High School Students
If you are interested in Dual Credit classes for the Early Childhood Education Level 1 Certificate of Achievement program, these classes will be offered in the 2025-2026 school year for high school students! Once again, there would be no cost to the students who choose to register.

It is important that you have the capacity to take the classes, as these are post-secondary level courses. SK Polytech want to ensure that these are taken in place of, and not in addition to your regular workload.
If students wish to register for any of these courses, please fill out the form below. You will also need to submit a letter of support from the school, along with a consent to release information (filled out will the principal or counsellor’s contact information), and a registration form. You will receive this list once contacted regarding your form submission.

Instrumentation Engineering Technology
Moose Jaw Diploma
Whether at urban power plants or remote mine sites, big machines are working 24/7! These machines are controlled by complex instruments... so complex it takes specialized technologists to look after them.
Instrumentation Engineering Technology is a specific skill set- you need to be comfortable with technology, good a tvisualizing how systems work and interested in troubleshooting solutions. It's also a career with diverse job opportunities. Demand is especially high in heavy duty industry, mining, manufacturing and production. During five academic semesters and three Co-operative Education work terms, you will get practical training in:
Analytical instruments
Digital and linear circuits
Instrument measurement/control
Project management
Data communications and networks
Distributed control systems
Process applications
Programmable logic controllers
Program Length- 72 weeks
Admission Requirements- Grade 12 with a minimum of 60% in Pre-Calculus 30 and Physics 30
