Updated Application Steps for FQFA SK Polytechnic Programs
If you have applied or plan on applying to a SK Polytechnic program, please follow the new guideline steps from SK Polytechnic Admissions below:
Create an Applicant Hub account at Applicant Hub
Complete and submit the application
Submit the online $100 fee through credit card
Log out of the Applicant Hub, and then log back in and download an unofficial transcript and grade 12 timetable into the document section of the Applicant Hub
Create and activate a MyCreds account- Request High School and Adult 12 Transcripts | High School or Adult 12 Transcripts | Government of Saskatchewan to share official transcripts with SK Polytechnic
The Greenall Career Office can help you with all of these steps and provide you with the required documents. Please book an appointment by signing up on the appointment sheets outside of the career office.
WITT Programs
Women in Trades and Technology (WITT) powered by Orano supports women to succeed in non-traditional careers. We have coordinators on every campus to support your trades or technology journey at Sask Polytech. Additionally, we provide access to education for those looking to enter a trades or technology field and career support after you have completed your program. We want to change the trades and technology industries by making them a first-choice career option for women.
WITT supports include, but are not limited to award and scholarship information, mentorship opportunities, drop-in consultations, networking opportunities, campus tours and career development program.

Business Diploma Dual Credit Courses & Program Information
SK Polytechnic Business Diploma Information- Saskatchewan Polytechnic Business Diploma Presentation
If you are a student who are already interested in the Business Diploma program, you can get started and Study Once, Count it Twice!
Date: February – June
Business diploma courses offered:
ACCT 122 – Intro Financial Accounting 1 (Accounting 10)
BUS 104 – Introduction to Business (Entrepreneurship 20)
FIN 100 – Personal Finance (Financial Literacy 20)
MGMT 108 – Introduction to Sport Management (Introduction to Sport Management 30)
Delivery format: Online self-paced, with instructor available for support
Fee: $398, approximately

Earn both high school and college credit while taking the first steps toward earning your Business Diploma! For more information, visit the Sask Polytech Dual Credit website or contact mj.bsa@saskpolytech.ca.
Remember, after completing your Business Diploma at Sask Polytech, you can transfer to the University of Regina, University of Saskatchewan, or other partner institutions, completing your business degree in just two more years – while saving over $8,000 in tuition!

September 1 – Applications are open for First-Qualified, First-Admitted (FQFA) programs
October 1 – Applications open for Competitive programs. Reminder: Competitive program applications will close February 15, with all required documents due by March 15.

General Motors ASEP Program
Students who love working on cars may want to consider the General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program (ASEP). You can find more information about this program on their webpage.
ECE Level 1 for High School Students
If you are interested in Dual Credit classes for the Early Childhood Education Level 1 Certificate of Achievement program, these classes will be offered each school year for high school students! There is no cost to the students who choose to register.
Go to Building the Future: Early Childhood Education Dual Credit Level 1 for High School Students (saskpolytech.ca) to learn more about the program and the courses. It is important that you have the capacity to take the classes, as these are post-secondary level courses. SK Polytech want to ensure that these are taken in place of, and not in addition to your regular workload.
If students wish to register for any of these courses, please fill out the form below. You will also need to submit a letter of support from the school, along with a consent to release information (filled out will the principal or counsellor’s contact information), and a registration form. You will receive this list once contacted regarding your form submission.
