In some cases, some employees may be allowed to drive PMI vehicles away from the job site at night. You must sign a “terms of use” form and a deposit agreement that costs $25/week.
Employees that are allowed to use PMI vehicles for personal or incidental use outside of the project area must sign a “terms of use” form as well as have a tracking device installed in the vehicle.
If you are on company time and/or driving a company car and stopped by police or receive a moving violation/parking violation the employee is responsible for the violation.
