Finishing up

When returning to your vehicle, place your tools and old meter in the appropriate place. Return the old meter to the box you removed the new meter from, on the outside of the box make sure you have written your name, date and the old meter number. Old meters are kept for a period of 30 business days after they are exchanged.

Before you move your vehicle, do a vehicle walk around. Put your tool bag/bucket and clipboard back into your vehicle. Walk all the way around your vehicle picking up the two (2) safety cones that you had placed in the front and rear of your vehicle and place them in the back to use at your next stop. On the walk around your vehicle make sure there are no obstacles that have been placed near your vehicle and to also look out for small children. Safely pull away from the premise and proceed to your next stop.
