Members of the general public (individual or corporate entity (privately held or publicly held) who are interested in borrowing, investing, divesting or otherwise participating in the business of primary mortgage securities must retain the services of a PEMX® Registered Exchange Trader (RET).

Connect with Non-Regulated Mortgage Investor-Lenders: Through an RET, PEMX® connects people who want to borrow mortgage money with private individual or private company investors who want to lend money, so long as the loan is secured by some form of real estate.

These are not government regulated mortgage lenders, so there are no restrictions on how the investor-lenders choose to lend their money. If an investor-lender likes your story and it makes sense to them, you will be approved.
