The purpose of this course is to help pupils develop administrative skills and digital literacy. Pupils will develop the ability to use a range of software application functions covering word processing spreadsheets, databases and emerging technologies.
Pupils will develop an understanding of the importance of administration theory in the workplace and how to use digital literacy skills to process, manage and communicate information.
Pupils will also develop their knowledge and understanding of legislation affecting administration and the implications for organisations and the impact of digital technology on working practices.
