Bill was an all-conference basketball and baseball player during his high school days at PHS. He later went on to have an outstanding baseball career at UW-River Falls. He came back to coach for almost 20 years and took the Pittsville Baseball Team to State three times. He is also the winningest baseball coach in Pittsville history. Bill is a member of the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame. Listed below are some of his accomplishments:
