Star Track athlete who qualified for State Track all 4 years. Held 4 school records for over 20 years including the 100-meter, 200 meters. Laurel still holds the school long jump record at 17’4” and the relay team she anchored still holds the school record. She was an outstanding basketball and volleyball player at PHS as well. Laurel earned a full ride scholarship to Trinity College in Illinois to play all 3 sports. She became a successful teacher and Volleyball coach at Wauconda High School in Illinois.
