1962-1965
Vic Stewart was one of the real basketball stars in Central Wisconsin in the early 60’s. A bit undersized as a center he dominated most other bigger men in his era including the bigger schools such as Rapids Lincoln and others when no divisions were present. Vic later went on to serve in Vietnam and earned a Purple Heart. After he got back from the service provided much support for Veterans.

• Played Before There Were Classes in State got to Sectional Final against Wisconsin Rapids
• Was The "Star" On 2 Of The Best Teams in PHS History.
• Records Not Around Anymore but Was Outstanding Leading Scorer and Rebounder.
• Vietnam Veteran, Forward Observer, Wounded in Action, Purple Heart, Bronze Star Recipient. Veterans Counselor: VA Many Years.
• Played Power Forward Against Many Taller Players and Dominated
