Today you will have the option to work in one or more different settings with your virtual teacher.  You have already built and tested your turbine to see how water translates to power.  It is now time to see how you can modify the turbine to propose ways to make the turbine design more efficient.  You can redesign your turbine in one of two ways (or a combination!)

• Exploring TinkerCAD to create the hydro turbine and propose ways to VIRTUALLY modify the turbine design

• Exploring tools and materials you have at home to propose and create ways to PHYSICALLY modify your turbine design.

Test/ make a hypothesis of how the modification impacts the hydro turbine.  What is most effective?  How do you know?
