• Regularly assess programs' sustainability, and take action as needed. 

• Identify key student success metrics to apply across COE.

Deliver:

• Identify the portfolio of programs to bring COE into the future.

Goal 2: Enhance student achievement by operationalizing a shared culture of student success. (Student Success Focus)

Continue:

• Define staff and faculty roles in COE’s student success model.

Deliver:

• Implement a central program and student information management system.

• Identify communication practices around student success.

Goal 3: Establish effective COE-wide administrative structures that allow employees to focus on core job responsibilities in service of students. (Organizational Administrative Focus)

Launch:

• Refine course enrollment management practices. 

• Implement centralized course management. 

• Foster staff growth and continuity with peer learning and shared practices.

• Finalize COE Bylaws. 

Continue:

• Integrate RAS presentation into departmental and college meetings.

• Implement a low-cohort admissions management strategy. 

• Implement selective and strategic summer course offerings.

Deliver:

• Integrate and refine university supervision models.

• Establish a universal course assignment process.

• Establish universal course enrollment caps and waitlist process.

• Complete P&T guideline revision.
