The Detailed Course Plan (DCP) is the College of Education’s course scheduling and room document. The DCP replaces the Annual Course Plan (ACP), and contains all elements essential to the course scheduling and rooming process.
The Annual Workload and Course Plan (AWCP) is the document department chairs and program coordinators use to work with faculty to identify courses to be taught, buyouts, supervision, grants and external activities, and service.

Detailed Course Plan (Viewable) - Viewable by all College of Education faculty and staff
Detailed Course Plan (Limited Access) - Editable by Department Chairs, Directors, and Program Coordinators only
Annual Workload and Course Plan - Editable by Department Chairs, Directors and limited Program Coordinator access at various times
Course Change Form - This form can by used by all College of Education faculty to submit course changes
Change Form Responses - This spreadsheet is used to track course change submissions and status (see column J)
Below are the final dates in which the DCP is in “Editing Stage,” the period during which direct edits may be made:

Winter 2026 - Monday, July 14, 2025
Spring 2026 - Monday, October 20, 2025
Summer 2026 - Friday, December 11, 2025
Fall 2026 - January 23, 2026 (estimated)
Below are the final dates in which the DCP is in “Draft Stage”. All changes must be submitted through the course change form:
Fall 2025 - Friday, April 20, 2025
Winter 2026 - Friday, October 17, 2025
Spring 2026 - Monday, January 19, 2026
Summer 2026 - Monday, April 13, 2026
Fall 2026 - April 20, 2026 (estimated)
