The Detailed Course Plan (DCP) is the College of Education’s course scheduling and room document. The DCP replaces the Annual Course Plan (ACP), and contains all elements essential to the course scheduling and rooming process.
The Annual Workload and Course Plan (AWCP) is the document department chairs and program coordinators use to work with faculty to identify courses to be taught, buyouts, supervision, grants and external activities, and service.

After the dates above, all edits to the course schedule must be made using the change form until the dates below.
