Sometimes we need to sit with someone and receive some support as we learn about ourselves, our emotions and what we believe to be true.
One way that you can do this is by talking to someone in the student care & wellbeing team. However, these are one-off brief sessions.
Another way to access support is to talk to an external professional. If this is something you would like to do we encourage you to talk to your parents about some of these support ideas.
