Your parents may be asking the RTP questions at home. We have provided them information on how to ask the questions and require plans just like we do at school.
Once the RTP plan is completed you will need to contact an RTP facilitator who will negotiate your plan via phone or hangouts.
Please make sure your parent signs your completed RTP plan.
If you would like your parents to learn more about how to use RTP similar to how your teachers use it in the classroom encourage them to check out the PARENT LOUNGE with tips on using RTP @ home.
If you need help completing your RTP plan
check out How to complete a plan
phone RTC if you need assistance completing your plan
request a Hangout with an RTC person via email
Your teachers will continue to ask you the RTP questions and refer to you RTC as a result of continuous disruption or disengagement in online lessons.
Your teacher will provide the RTC a blue slip, when the blue slip is received
You will receive a Hangout request (via email) from RTC to join and participate in a conference session
If you take too long to join the Hangout, we will phone you at home.
Complete a plan - you can print the plan
When the plan is finished take a photo of the plan and send it to the RTC facilitator and your teacher
LAST STEP - Negotiate with your RTP plan with the referring teacher before you reenter the online classroom
When you email your teacher your completed plan request a time, that suits them to do this with you (see below for an example)

To Mrs Jones,
Please see the attached image of my completed RTP plan for Geography.
I am ready to negotiate my plan with you, please advise me of a time that you would like to do this. Most teachers will opt to email you a Hangout request.
Sincerely
John
