Meet your Host Advisor!

At this point you should be working closely with one of our Host Advisor's. If you still need a Host Advisor, please create a PadSplit account and schedule time via our homepage. Your Host Advisor will be able to guide you through the PadSplit acquisition, conversion, listing and property management process. 

Have the right vendors in place from the start

We’ll walk you through the best tips and tricks to acquire, convert, list and manage but none of this is possible without assembling the right team that can support you on the ground. PadSplit has created a vendor network that has the knowledge and experience to optimize for a successful PadSplit. All of our approved and preferred vendors have been trained on our model and understand the workflow from end-to-end. Working with our approved vendors will save you time, energy and resources.

Using an approved vendor doesn't mean that every vendor will be turnkey for you. As the Owner, you might need to help them understand which processes you specifically want used to run your house. Feel free to ask vendors for their recommendations, but some decisions will be up to you as the Owner. 

If you already have vendors in your network that you would like to use, please use the details in this guide to make sure those vendors are up to speed. Connect them with your Host Advisor or PadSplit General Manager to ensure they have the proper training that will limit coliving challenges down the road.
