The Operator’s Guide

We know that getting a property online can sometimes feel like a bit of a journey. There’s lots to learn and several stages and steps to work through before the listing can go live.

That’s why we’ve created this document, the Operator’s Guide. The Operator’s Guide condenses all of our learnings and best practices for getting to a successful listing while minimizing headaches and maximizing returns. Think of it as a primer on everything needed to get your PadSplit up and running. This document is divided into sections that correspond with your Host journey. We’ll start with your responsibilities as a Host and then move through 1) property selection, 2) property conversion, 3) property listing and activation, and 4) PadSplit management.

From property acquisition to managing your first move-in, you can refer back to this guide at each step of onboarding your first, second or even tenth PadSplit.
