When members are searching for a room, they have filters they can set based on their needs. Take a look at the image to see what those look like.
Just keep these filters in mind when creating your listing. The more flexibility you can offer, the more visible your listing will be to potential members.
This highlights why having a good move in experience is crucial. If any of those move in boxes are checked, and your listing doesn’t allow that, they won’t see your listing.
Setting move in hours up until 7pm minimum is a good idea for evening (after work) move ins.
