Host Responsibilities

What is a Host responsible for?

Hosts are primarily responsible for the following:

• Property set up

• Listing the rooms on the marketplace

• Room pricing

• Managing Member move-in’s and move-outs

• Proactive and reactive on the ground maintenance

• Support with infrequent but important Member challenges that involve the Host

Host responsibilities can be divided amongst different team members on your Hosting dashboard. Team members can have specific roles, allowing both property owners and 3rd party property managers to manage responsibilities, communication, notifications and transparency.
