Smoke detectors in each bedroom (room door number visible)
Open windows in each bedroom to outside (door number visible)
Fire extinguisher in kitchen
WiFi modem
Professional photos of bedrooms (showing bed), kitchen, and bathrooms
Prepare:
Lock codes (exterior and interior doors)
Room sizes, bed sizes, and amenities
WiFi network name and password
Payout account details

Set room pricing by using our pricing strategies and learning about bookability.
Step 6
Create clear, detailed move-in instructions. The move-in experience is the #1 driver of long tenure. Read through our Tips for Writing Move-in Instructions for ideas or help.
Step 7
Complete host onboarding training by going through a questionnaire.
Confirm roles and responsibilities with your operator, and then set up your team on PadSplit.
Step 8
Sign the lease agreement for the listing. The agreement will be sent via Dropbox after completing Part 3 in the listing process.
Step 9 (if applicable)
Handle existing tenants by emailing onboarding@padsplit.com for assistance converting them to PadSplit members.
