Create the Listing
The first step in creating a listing is making sure you have created your Host account. On padsplit.com’s homepage click the get started button and select “become a Host”. Enter your information and confirm your account has been created. To begin the listing process, click “start a listing” in the bottom left corner. Follow the prompts while keeping the tips below in mind.
Once you complete the listing, our team will be notified and you’ll hear from us within 48 business hours. You will know the property has hit our queue for review by viewing your dashboard home screen and checking to see if your property status is "pending approval."

Review the property onboarding checklist and ensure that your property is ready to list.
Fill out all sections of the listing process with accurate information to maximize the interest in your property. Have a description that feels authentic with a catchy title. Let people know all the great things about your property!
Generate move-in instructions for the property. Remember: The move-in experience is the #1 driver of long tenure. We’ve outlined best practices here.
Complete Host Onboarding training.
Look out for your lease agreement sent via for signature via Dropbox Sign. Leases will be sent once Steps 1-3 are completed.
If your property has existing tenants, they will all need to be converted over to PadSplit Members prior to activation. Please email onboarding@padsplit.com for assistance in converting over existing residents
